The plan is to ship all orders out as soon as possible or quickly.

Orders may ship by USPS, 1st class mail. According to Usps.gov, “Delivery in 1–3 business days.”  This may be longer due to Covid -19 issues.

Please note, we are not responsible for any delays caused by USPS and other shipping carriers we work with, especially during high volume HOLIDAY SEASONS: Easter, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, New Years Day and etc.
Furthermore, items purchased with estimated shipping dates/pre orders, are subject to varying shipping times per the item description and Pre-Order Policy.
Our fastest domestic shipping service, Priority Mail Express delivers 7 days a week, 365 days a year (with limited exceptions). Next-day delivery is available to most U.S. addresses and PO Boxes with a money-back guarantee. With our free Flat Rate Envelopes, you don’t need to weigh shipments 70 lbs and under. Purchase Priority Mail Express postage and shipping labels at a Post Office location or online. Prices start at $26.95, per usps.com.
We do not ship Saturdays (exceptions), Sundays, or holidays. Any orders placed on these days, or AFTER cut-off on the day before, will be PROCESSED the following business day.
Please allow a few more days for delivery during high volume seasons to avoid disappointment. And, thank you for your patience!


Tracking My Order

Standard shipping on domestic items is  6 business days from order date. This includes our 1-3 business days for processing plus 2-3 business days for delivery. Note: There are exceptions. 

DELIVERY TIME DOES NOT INCLUDE SATURDAYS, SUNDAYS, OR HOLIDAYS.

Lost and Stolen Packages
HLA is not responsible FOR LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES.

PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK THAT YOU INPUT THE CORRECT INFORMATION FOR SHIPPING PURPOSES.

SHIPPING ADDRESSES CANNOT BE UPDATED ONCE TRACKING HAS BEEN ASSIGNED.
CUSTOMER PAYS FOR SHIPPING BOTH WAYS IF ITEM NEEDS TO BE SENT BACK.
